Unlocking the Potential – A digital learning strategy for Victorian education and development settings sets out three interconnected strategic themes - learning, technology and change and a set of actions to implement.
Technology alone will not improve learning, but the effective and purposeful use of digital technologies can add value, providing opportunities to redefine learning. A targeted and sustained focus is needed to ensure digital technologies are fully embedded in practice, used appropriately, and to greatest effect.
